If you hire an attorney you found through Freddie Fender, you owe us nothing. All we ask is that you tell the attorney you found them on FreddieFender.com.

Not Every Attorney Makes the List

Every attorney featured on Freddie Fender is independently researched and carefully selected using a consistent set of standards.

We consider professional experience, qualifications, focus within the attorney’s practice area, relevant results, client feedback, public reputation and confirmation of an active license in good standing with no public disciplinary history.

Selection cannot be purchased.

If an attorney does not meet our standards, they cannot pay to be added. No exceptions. Every attorney and law firm is evaluated according to the same standards, regardless of size, advertising budget or market presence.

Search Placement Cannot Be Bought

Payment never determines where an attorney appears in search results.

When multiple attorneys match a consumer’s location and legal need, our Fair Rotation system randomizes the order in which they appear. Every attorney displayed has already met our standards, and no attorney can pay for the top position.

For consumers, Fair Rotation encourages comparison based on experience, qualifications, reputation and fit. For attorneys, it provides a fair opportunity to be discovered.

How Freddie Fender Is Supported

Freddie Fender is a consumer-focused attorney directory supported by participating attorneys.

Attorneys who meet our standards may initially be featured at no cost. As the platform grows, attorneys who choose to remain featured will be required to pay a nominal participation fee.

Those fees help support our ongoing research, content, consumer outreach, platform operations and nationwide expansion.

Our Standards Continue

Our standards do not end when an attorney is selected.

If we determine that a featured attorney no longer meets those standards, the attorney will be removed from the directory.
