• More Than $1 Billion in Career Recoveries: Before co-founding Mizrahi Kroub, helped obtain aggregate settlements exceeding this amount for clients through complex commodities-manipulation, antitrust, securities, and other class-action litigation.
• More Than $600 Million in Financial-Benchmark Recoveries: As a partner, securities-litigation department vice chairman, and co-lead counsel at Lovell Stewart Halebian Jacobson LLP, helped secure substantial recoveries through antitrust litigation challenging the alleged manipulation of financial benchmarks including the London Interbank Offered Rate and Australian Bank Bill Reference Rate.
• $1.08 Billion LCD Price-Fixing Recovery: Served on the plaintiffs’ litigation team in In re TFT-LCD (Flat Panel) Antitrust Litigation, which challenged an alleged international conspiracy to inflate the prices of LCD panels used in televisions, computers, and other electronic products.
• $118 Million Commodities-Manipulation Settlement: Worked on Kohen v. Pacific Investment Management Company, litigation brought on behalf of investors affected by alleged manipulation of the Treasury-note futures market.
• $101 Million Natural-Gas Market Recovery: Participated in nationwide litigation pursuing compensation for traders and other market participants harmed by alleged manipulation of natural-gas prices.
• Disability-Access Claims Preserved Against Dismissal: In Cruz v. Jomashop, Inc., Kroub and his firm represented a legally blind consumer who encountered barriers while attempting to shop online with screen-reading software. The federal judge rejected Jomashop’s argument that subsequent website changes made the lawsuit moot, allowing the disability-access claims to proceed into discovery.
